LWC Board members, staff and community members gather together for our annual August pre-meeting BBQ Social at Happy Workers Club in Kings Valley. Board meetings are held at different locations each time to help make them accessible to as many people as possible. A Zoom option is provided whenever possible as well.

LWC Board Meeting Details

Generally, the Luckiamute Watershed Council meets on 2nd Thursdays of even months only (see below). LWC Board meetings are now held in person unless otherwise indicated. All LWC meetings are open to the public and you’re welcome to join the conversations. There are also places on the agenda for public comment and new business. If you’d like to make a public comment, we ask you to keep your comments to five minutes or less to help us keep our meeting agenda on track. If your interest is to ask the Board for action of some sort, please call or email staff ahead of the meeting to discuss. Feel free to contact staff with any questions about meeting topics or format.
